Fresh-Roasted, Made to Order

  • Every bag is roast-to-order and hand-packed for peak freshness.

  • Whole bean orders typically ship the same day they’re roasted.

  • Ground coffee ships the next business day after roasting.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Roasting/processing: usually 1–5 business days.

  • Transit (USPS Priority/First Class): typically 1–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Total time from order to delivery: generally 2–10 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

  • International orders ship via USPS International and are subject to USPS rates, local duties, taxes, and customs delays.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments.


Returns & Replacements (Coffee is Perishable)

Because coffee is a food product, we don’t accept returns. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it quickly.

If the issue is on your side (e.g., wrong address or item selected)

  • Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it.

  • If it has shipped, we can reship—you cover the replacement and shipping costs.

If the issue is on our side (rare, but it can happen)

  • Examples: wrong grind, incorrect label, or an item we packed incorrectly.

  • We’ll replace the order at no cost (coffee + shipping) and expedite the fix.

If it’s no one’s fault (carrier loss, damage, theft, or “not delivered”)

  • We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

  • If you’d rather replace immediately, you cover shipping, and we’ll cover the coffee cost up to $25 on the replacement.

What we need to help quickly

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery for missing packages).

  • For damaged items, include photos of the box, label, and product.

A few notes

  • Please don’t return coffee—shipping is costly and returned coffee must be discarded for safety.

  • Bulk/wholesale orders are sold Ex-Warehouse and are not guaranteed or returnable.

  • International orders are not guaranteed due to customs and local carrier variables.
